Why Scottsdale?
In the past few years real estate has been booming, especially in Phoenix,
recently that boom has spread out to Scottsdale and other surrounding areas.
The Valley of the Sun area, or Maricopa County, holds more than half of the
state’s population. This may conjure images of congestion and big city problems
but this is not the case in Maricopa. About one-third of this area is owned by

area to people who crave the comforts of big city life but are unwilling to
give up access to outdoor activities.

services for the Scottsdale area. Most of these search engines also contain
information on surrounding areas. Use this information to price markets in and
around Scottsdale and see what is available in your price range. Real estate
has been on the rise in this area, so much so that Phoenix recently earned the
title of fastest growing US city. Many of the local MLS’s warn that the
property you are viewing might already be sold by the time you inquire so
