North Scottsdale is the home to luxurious and beautiful homes of the present
decade. Most of the residents here are affluent families of doctors and
lawyers, rich golfers and part-time residents. These residents have transformed
north Scottsdale, which starts from Bell Road and spans east and north to the
beautiful McDowell Mountains, into a luxury-home hub within a decade. The main

$175,000 ten years back cost about $400,000 now! That means practically a 235
percent increase in prices. The main reason for the dramatic increase in prices

pricey north Scottsdale market. The scarcer land gets, the higher the prices
are expected to escalate.
FACILITIES IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE
North Scottsdale is a haven for golf lovers. There are numerous golf clubs with
sprawling golf courses for one to enjoy life with. Besides golf courses, there
are lovely restaurants, art galleries, and shopping centers within a minute’s
drive from most of the townships here. This is in grave contrast to the extent
of traveling one has to do in the cities. Basically Scottsdale covers about
117,000 acres of land. Most of the vacant land here has already been roped in
by developers and investors. This land was bought at high rates as much of the
land in this area had been targeted for preservation. So consequently the
builders have to build projects that deliver high returns to cover their
expenditure. People are now turning to neighborhoods in DC ranch long before
the models of townships here have been released. The demand is so high that
some development companies intend to use a lottery to pick the buyers!
