Newsbreak: Phoenix/Glendale Hottest Market Ever Continues To Gain Steam
There does not seem to be an end to the Phoenix building and development any
time soon. The housing boom is spreading out, and no town seems to be exempt
from this fast growing pace.
Arizona Cities are Fast Growing
With so much to do in Arizona, it’s no small wonder that many would want to call
this home. The economy is continuing to rise, constantly bringing in new
residents. The big boom of building can give cause to worry. Just about any
stretch of land is being mapped and leveled at an alarming rate. Long time area
residents are mixed about the growth. For some it brings more possibilities.
Better incomes, increased retail and more stability are an asset. However, with
such an increase in residents come other elements that are not welcome. Crime
tends to go up, accidents, overcrowding usually follows along.
Glendale Arizona Spreading Out
As part of the Phoenix metropolitan area, Glendale is seeing its fair share of
growth. And is considered one of Americas top cities. Being listed as one of
Arizona’s fourth largest city, Glendale continues to be a popular area. A new
business park is under construction and will house the worlds largest
engineering and construction firms, Bechtel Corporation. This in addition to
big companies such as Conair, K B Toys and Parker Hannifin are making this city
a solid economic base.
Glendale: The New West
Phoenix and Glendale are attracting national attention. Businesses and companies
have seen this progress and they too are enjoying all the benefits that Arizona
has to offer. An increase in skilled trade, technical and medical employees
make the Cities of Glendale and Phoenix a diverse community.
When will it stop?
Concerns for booming development are always raising eyebrows. There does not
seem to be an end in sight for a while. As long as residents continue to have
top rated schools, clean affordable communities, strong job market and the sun
shine, Phoenix and Glendale will continue to thrive. By Denise Wojcik
