ARMLS Listing Service
ARMLS, or the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service is a pioneer in the
regional listing of real estate in America. Since their incorporation in 1982
they have strived to meet their goal of consolidating all of the autonomous
boards in the region into one comprehensive multiple listing service. There are
six real estate associations that make up the ARMLS, and all listings placed on
the ARMLS system must be represented by a realtor who is a member of one of the
associations. The members are able to list their properties on the ARMLS and
